Community-Based Support
Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP)
This person-centered program supports individuals with severe mental illness through community-based services, including evaluations, crisis intervention, medication management, and psycho-social rehabilitation. CPRP is a Medicaid-supported program for eligible clients.
Substance Use Programs
AA / NA Affiliates
We facilitate access to Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous resources, providing comprehensive information on meeting locations, contacts, and schedules. Our goal is to ensure you have the necessary tools and community support to maintain a successful recovery journey.
Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders Program (SATOP)
SATOP is a certified program for individuals charged with substance-related traffic offenses, such as DUI or DWI. The L.E.M.Y.S program includes the necessary screening and educational services required to help restore driving privileges and ensure a safe return to the road.
