Core Treatments
Evaluation & Assessment Services
- In order to determine medical necessity (your mental health needs); we will use Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), which is an evidence-based practice.
- We will conduct an initial 60-90 minute intake and determine if a mental health assessment or substance use evaluation is required.
- We will also use screening tools to determine the severity of your healthcare needs.
- The comprehensive clinical assessment will be used to develop a treatment plan with you and to connect you to external resources to maximize your full potential of wellness.
Crisis Assistance
We offer 24 hours, 7 days a week after hours assistance for non-emergent mental health situations.
Examples of after hours crisis are situations such as:
- Feeling emotionally overwhelmed to the degree of feeling you may harm yourself or others
- Needing medication refill to avoid a missed dose
- Incidents of interpersonal violence
- Anger management coaching
- The need to discuss situations with a licensed clinician that cannot wait until office hours
Therapy/Counseling (Individual, Family & Group)
We offer 45 – 60 minute sessions mental health individual therapy and substance use disorder counseling. Couples and family therapy are offered in 60 – 90-minute sessions. Our team uses evidenced-based interventions, strategies and approaches for psychotherapy assessments and treatment.
Medication Management
We offer a higher level of outpatient treatment that involves the initial evaluation of the patient’s need for psychotropic medications, the provision of a prescription, and ongoing medical monitoring related to the patient’s use of the psychotropic medication by a qualified physician/prescriber.
Case Management
Targeted Case Management services are used to assist individuals in finding and obtaining psychiatric, medical, social, and educational services and supports.
Care Coordination
We obtain your authorization to coordinate your care with your medical provider(s) such as your primary care physician (PCP) or any specialist from which you are receiving medical treatment. This coordination of care promotes wellness and helps us customize your treatment appropriately.
